"These guys showed up on time, worked HARD, and were friendly and approachable throughout the move. A few items got very minor damage (a picture frame broke and a shelf got dinged, but given the scope of the move, I didn’t have an issue with that. One thing I didn’t understand was that the accompanying long term storage option for things I don’t need or have room for in the new place is not a SELF store facility. To move anything or out requires movers to come at $60/hour. But, at the price and since I won’t need access to the items for a year at least, it’s still a good deal and more affordable than the self storage places. And it’s probably more secure. I would specifically ask for Javier and his crew. Those guys really hustled and were fun to work with."

"Kelly worked with us from Beginning to End and was extremely professional and informative. We had the same driver (Jimmy) pick up in NY and deliver our household to FL. He was efficient, pleasant and professional and knew exactly what to do and when. He used two local people to assist with the unloading (Sean and Will.) "Every portion of the move is contracted out: the guy that comes to do home survey and estimate, movers that load the truck, the driver, the movers that unload the truck. These are all different entities, not a single cohesive company. There is no central coordination or continuity in service. It was the cheapest quote we received and it showed when the job was done. The surveyor was nice when at the home and helpful, but not available to take my calls or answer questions after that. The move coordinator was short, indifferent and rude with a smile. I would avoid this company if possible."
