He made the whole thing a lot less stressful than it could have been. They even fixed a couple of things that technically weren't part of the roof and gutters. My house looks great! They made the repair of a badly damaged roof an enjoyable experience. We felt their quote was very affordable. They worked diligently to keep their stated repair schedule."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"Experienced roofers with good customer service. They thoroughly examined the roof and provided an honest appraisal of the condition on options to address issues. The new roof and repairs to the gutters and downspout were completed in one day. The cleanup was very good and the new roof looks great."

"I was happy with the experience with one minor exception. I appreciated their responsiveness. The job was done quickly. Kept to promised schedule. The only issue is they did not initially do a good enough job of getting old materials and nails off the roof. It was, however, taken care of."

"Carrington came in and got the job done very quickly. Replacing the blown off shingles with matching shingles and checking others to ensure that everything on the roof was in good shape. Use these guys they know what they are doing. Very professional."
