"The Benjamin Franklin repairman, Richard, went the extra mile to check circumstances he was sent out to address, and fix. He was detail-oriented and thorough in explaining what my immediate need was and why. He saved me $25,000 and the anguish of using a dishonest plumber! Along with accepting the work, I took out a one-year Ben Franklin Society membership providing me with a discount on my cost. At renewal time, I'm promised a call versus auto-renewal. I appreciated the water test for hardness and chorine as well!"
