"The job itself went very well. The crew was friendly and professional. The floor still looks great 3 years on. The only issue, albeit a pretty big one, was a clogged toilet after the job was done. It took some time to get the plumber in. To no avail, as they exhausted all the standard clog removal techniques. We thought it could be the toilet itself, so we had it replaced, and that still did not fix it. Ultimately, they ended up breaking into the floor and found a rag was stuck pretty deep down in the plumbing. This all took around two weeks after the initial job. Being that it took so long to diagnose the issue, I didn't expect much when I contacted the company about it. They denied any wrongdoing. Thanks for the memories, and the $1100 plumbing bill."

He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. His expert staining of the new flooring exactly matches the decades old original. You get what you pay for. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. He cleaned up the worksite removing all the debris from the tear out. I will be hiring him for a refinish job in the near future. "At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. Wonderful people to work with. Very friendly and affordable."
