"The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"Repaired a couple of spots on the soffit of my roof quickly and efficiently."

"Needed an emergency roof repair, I had many other contractors look at the job who refused to take the job because of the type of roofing or because how high and steep the roof was. I called Jimmys and they came out the same day of contact, did a roof inspection and gave a great quote for the work. They worked quickly and finished what many other contractors told me would be a two day job in one day."

"I contacted Dave Hernandez about providing an estimate on fixing a leak in my attic due to a bad roof ridge vent. - He was out the same day I called and provided an honest assessment of the problem and life expectancy of my roof. (A different company was trying to sell an entire new roof when it wasn’t required.) - His estimate to replace the roof ridge vent was better than others and showed fair pricing. - Since my house had a pending offer, he moved in the work date to support my commitment to the buyer and did not price gouge me to do so. - He went up himself into the attic to perform some clean up since I was experiencing some health issues and showed me a picture of the final result which looked great. - There were no surprise additional costs or fees at the end and they cleaned up their mess. - I would certainly work with Affordable Pro Roofing again and highly recommend them to others. After to getting to know the owner better, I feel they provide fair pricing, trustworthy advice, and quality work."

"Great crew did a fantastic job I would rehire again and recommend this company to anyone that needed a new roof"
