"I needed to do a full remodel of 3 apartments that I manage. I was flooded with calls from different contractors that wanted to come out and quote the job. From the first phone call I knew my experience with FSP contractors would be different from the others who wanted to quote me out. Fred is the owner and most of other contractors would have someone from the sales office call me to setup an appointment, it was refreshing to hear from Fred from the start. Fred quoted me out my remodeling job with precise and detailed pricing, that included breakdowns for each scope of job. Ben did two projects for us… a kitchen remodel and new foyer, and then a couple years later a bathroom, new closet, wood stove hearth and hardwood floors and paint throughout our downstairs. He is super detail oriented to the point of being almost OCD. Our projects turned out great and on budget. His bids were mid to higher priced but we went with him again because we know we can trust him and the job would be done correctly. Would definitely work with him again"
