His rates are low compared to his quality and were much lower than other quotes i received for the same work. He replaced sink basins, faucets, added knobs to 40 cabinets, replaced doorknobs, repaired and painted drywall where I previously had a plumbing issue fixed, plus 2 other smaller areas of drywall that needed repair, and removed carpet and replaced it with a floating laminate floor. Altogether the work took 3 days to complete and I am very happy with all of it. I will be calling him back for future handyman needs."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
