I will no longer waste my time or money with that company since I now plan to retain Chris with Pavone Irrigation system going forward. He was on time and knew what he was doing. He identified two issues and fixed / repaired/ replaced the parts that were not functioning properly for a fair price."

He showed me where one was leaking so he replaced it and another that had the wrong directional sprayer nozzle so he swapped that out. Now I won’t be waisting any more water! So I can't say the products don't work, however, be very careful when signing the contract as there is a clause that states if they feel it is necessary more treatments could be used and therefore cost you more money. It was a $110 error on my part for not being more attentive to the verbiage in the contract. I would expect any company would speak with the homeowner and tell them what is needed and why before they just apply and charge. Glad I canceled the contract and won't be recommending it for this reason."
