"I did want to drive far on my donut spare but I had to get to work. I was able to drop off two tires at the from door of the shop at 6:15 a.m. along with a note asking of the tires could be repaired. After work I returned to find that one could not, and I was shown why. The other was fixable, saving me from having to get a new tire. It was carried to my car and placed in the trunk for me. This may have been my most recent use of Ardmore Service Center, but they have always help me and my family out, even on short notice and I have friends that trust these guys so emphatically that they travel great distances, (one actually from Delaware) to get work done here. A mechanic you trust is invaluable. <br />"

"It got off to a rocky start, there was a miscommunication in where the fence was supposed to be. But once if was figured out the team made the fix and it looked great. We have gotten so many compliments on the fence and have requested their number. Would definitely use again."

"Overall it was ok, but there was a continual stream of small annoyances that got progressively more significant. In the end, I did get the fence I wanted, but the process was less then stellar, to say the least. It started with continuing to call my wife after we both told everyone involved, over and over and over, to stop calling her and to call me. Then, I had to wait 2 weeks before even scheduling the install, which wasn't that big of a deal, but I had to cc all kinds of people to get on the schedule because I left repeated messages on the scheduling line. Day of install everything went fine in the morning. Showed up on time and professional. When I got home from work that night, I found clay and mud clumps and rocks and small plastic bags and cardboard pieces spread all over my back yard (like they tried to disperse the earth they dug up for the posts). I even found a big pile of cement remnants in my <em>front </em>yard (remember, this fence was in back). All of this I had to clean up. But, the fence looked ok and it was done, so I just moved on.... about two weeks pass and one day I go beside my garage and find a huge pile of more clay and dirt and rocks that they had obviously dumped there. Then, behind the garage is a pile of grass clippings that are there composting and I noticed a black bucket sticking out. They had tried to bury an empty bucket of quick set concrete. They had actually went all the way behind my garage and tried to bury it and hide it! At that point I got in touch with them. They came out a few days later and cleaned up that mess, but that didn't help me at all with all the work I did myself prior to that, nor the disgusting fact that they did this in the first place."

"They were able to install my fance a week earlier then promised. They showed up with a trailer filled with posts and cedar board, no pre-fabbed panels. They had to clear a bit of brush and cut down a small tree which they did at no extra cost. Everything board was measured, cut and installed on site. They installed two gates and very nice looking hinges and harware. It only took they two day to complete the job. Thank You Omar & Ruben <br />"
