"Matt and his crew of Jacob and Christian went far above anything I expected. I called Matt on Saturday afternoon because my sump pump broke and basement had water everywhere. Within 5 minutes of submitting request for a quote he called. Within 30 minutes he was here assessing. Within an hour he had dryers and dehumidifiers set up. He called to check in on Sunday and was here Monday morning. Tuesday morning Jacob and Christian arrived and emptied everything that was damaged by water (and more). They filled a giant dump truck. "Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"
