"I couldn’t be happier with the results of our recent renovation! The removal of the old stone wall surrounding my wood burning stove was done quickly and cleanly, with great care taken to minimize dust and disruption. The team ( Sam & his crew) was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. The new sheetrock installation is flawless—smooth, seamless, and ready for paint. It has completely transformed the space, making it feel brighter, more modern, and much more open. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail around the corners and edges, and how well everything was finished. Overall, this project exceeded my expectations. The workmanship was top-notch, the timeline was respected, and the results speak for themselves. I would definitely use their services as needed. Highly recommend!"

"This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. Unfortunately when Eric and the crew began replacing the skylights they observed severe rot in the shingles and in the wood under the shingles. Eric showed me all the evidence of the rot and we agreed that I had to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Once I got over the shock of the unexpected cost, I agreed to have the work done. The next day Royal Pro had a crew of about 10 people beginning the work. The crew did the job in two days. They took care to move all the outdoor furniture and plant and covered my deck and driveway. They brought in the dumpster and off to work they went. And while on the roof the crew took care of various odds and ends at no additional cost. I wholeheartedly recommend Eric and the Royal Pro Construction team."

"We needed to have someone remove the spray foam insulation from our attic. It was covering the ridge vent, all the boards and the joists and restricted airflow in our attic. We called several contractors and no one was willing to take on the job. Then we reached out to Brandon and he and his team were able to help us. They were all so professional and courteous. "Excellent experience with Ideal Home Improvements from the initial quote through to job completion. Work was delayed a couple weeks due to weather but they did a great job staying in touch and updating the timing. Crew was great - completed the work ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the work site each evening and at job completion. I would highly recommend them and found them easy to deal with, great quality and fair price. They fully stand behind their work and fingers crossed I never need to use the warranty services but nice to know if there are problems, they will be there to help. Replacement of the roof with Ideal and Mike on top everything looked like never happened. It was a pleasure to deal with them."
