"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! "We can not say enough wonderful things about Homeland Remodeling Group. To start, Dan answered our inquiry the day after we sent it and he showed up when promised. Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. While waiting for the siding to arrive, Dan was very responsive, providing updates. Once the material arrived, the crew was very professional and worked efficiently. They would arrive at 8:00 am and leave at 5:00pm. The siding, fascia, soffit and gutters look perfect. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more. Sean spent 5 hours going over what was available, helping us to pick out the siding and gutters we wanted, making sure they could deal with a couple of special issues concerning our house, taking preliminary pictures and measurements, and explaining the whole process. Tom came to verify the measurements and to make sure all the items involved would work and to discuss the actual procedures for taking down the old siding and gutters and for putting up the new siding and gutters. Because that project was successful I hired them again to complete masonry work in the front, replace lower cemented steps, paint the entire base around the house and add railings to the steps. "Generally Pleasant experience from quoting to completion and the people I interacted with are respectful and professional. New roof was done in one day and I was happy with the way they protected the surroundings of the house and my patio area, which had newly installed pavers. While replacing my roof I was slightly disappointed in the fact that they didn't bring to my attention a loose soffit and missing fascia board which they could have addressed while they were up there. It was the perfect opportunity and even if I had to pay a little extra the job would have been done. This wouldve avoided me the trouble of calling a different professional and going through the hassle of hiring and managing another (very minor) project. When you select a company that has the most and best reviews you almost expect them to blow you out of the water in terms of customer service/satisfaction. It would also be helpful to inform the customer who is in charge when the project manager steps away in case something comes up. The roof looks great otherwise and they did work with me on price and financing options."

"Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."
