He and his guys came here to dig out the driveway, lay down and compact the gravel. We also asked him to run a pipe under the driveway out to the side of where the driveway ends so that rainwater from the gutter wouldn't sit right in front of our garage door and freeze in the winter. He was able to do this without any issues. He came back a few days later to complete the job and lay down the asphalt. "James and his crew installed a beautiful professional grade new driveway at our 3-family condo. It makes our house stand out and allows for landscaping improvements throughout the yard. The edging and seal of the asphalt against the house foundation looks especially well-done. The driveway between our house and the neighbors is narrow and very difficult to work within but James and his crew handled it with ease. Paperwork was scarce with Public Hot Top. We initially went with them because the estimate of 1k lower than others. After some discussion they verbally committed to working within our budget which was several hundred dollars below the estimate. On paving day they pushed hard for 1k payment over initial estimate due to added material expense.
