"This company was excellent to work with from beginning to end. My geothermal well pump that controls my HVAC was not working in the middle of August. I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

Jim not only took the time to go over what needed to be done to get the washer up and running again, but suggested moving the appliances to a better location in the basement, freeing up the space for the pool table my husband's been dreaming of. He came back in a day or two and was able to complete all the necessary plumbing, replacing and re-routing the old flimsy dryer vent, removing old water lines and old laundry sink, and moving both washer and dryer to their new location, all at a very reasonable price - and completed in a span of about six hours. He even included a faucet leak repair and a drain popup fix in the total price. Jim was friendly, polite, professional and an expert in his field. We'll be welcoming him back in the near future to re-install the toilet and sink in the restoration process."

"Bob and his crew are true professionals. We've had water issues in the lower level of our raised ranch/garage side since we purchased the property a few years ago. We brought in several basement waterproofing companies for quotes and were feeling somewhat overwhelmed with the scope of work most companies were proposing. In comes Global. Bob met with us (on time) and proposed a system that was very simple and straight-forward. He drew up the plans and quoted me a price on-site during our consultation. To our surprise, not only was the system comparable in terms of specs, performance and warranty to the competition, but it was half the average price of his competitors. I also didn't require things such as busting up our driveway, having to tie into city drainage, or mandatory regular service from the installer in order to keep the warranty. "George helped me with finishing a 203(k) after my first contractor abandoned the project. George had to do a bunch of different projects to finish off the rehab. for those familiar with 203(k) getting the cash can be difficult. we also ran into problems with the historic district causing George to have to do extra work to find a suitable window. Aside from the windows, George built a new bathroom after I had gutted the old. As well he had to do installation of fixtures in two other bathrooms and some plumbing repair of the main water and drain lines. As well there were some other small projects that needed completion. George was great the whole way through."
