But price shouldn't be the only factor when considering what company to go with on an important project like a roof replacement. When Matt Siwik came to my home, he spent over an hour inspecting every square foot of my roof as well as a problem chimney flashing area. Two of the other three companies that showed up never even went up on the roof, and the 3rd ignored the chimney issue altogether.
