"I own a house in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia. After a few years of ownership and no leaks we decided it would be a good idea to have a new roof installed as preventative maintenance. We got several quotes Henkel was not the cheapest but were local and included things others did not. The roof was done and all looked good. After about 3 months a spot appeared in the ceiling of the master bedroom. My wife called and Joe Henkel said “we don’t chase leaks”. But eventually he did send someone out to check. I received an email stating that my chimney was dilapidated and needed to be replaced. Keep in mind the roof never leaked until after the new roof was installed. I had the chimney repaired and the leak continued. I sent an email showing pictures of the repairs and of the roof. He finally agreed to meet me at the house to investigate. He never showed up and when I called the office at 3:20 PM it was closed. I later found out he put a new roof on at my church to the sum of $40,000 which immediately leaked as well. This guy is bad news."
