"They arrived a little early around 7:30 am or so.  Marcus was the person in charge of the 2 men.  He introduced himself to me and we chatted for while. As I mentioned I had a lot of leaves that I had taken days to blow to side of yard..  They charge $120 a truck load. Well it took about 4 truck loads.  I was told the truck holds 200 bags of leaves. I think it took about 5 & 1/2 hours. That included them leaving to empty out truck each time.  They did a great job and I hope I can afford to use them again next year. <br />"

"Monthly lawn fertilizing and weeding began April 2019. Some weeds disappeared but spider weeds were never destroyed and cancelled the service in October 2020. Overseeding and aeration was done well and grass did grow but the grass in the sparse areas of the yard didn't grow well. I have clay soil and no one from the company discussed with me how to adjust the composition of the soil for better grass growth."

"Bartlett Tree Experts were contacted for me by my insurance company after a tree fell on my house during a storm. They were able to come out within a day or so (I didn't have any major damage). Every person I dealt with was incredibly polite, professional and just plain nice. They did an amazing job with the cleanup and recommended that I have another tree taken down at the same time since it was dead and they were already on scene.  <br /> I don't know what the price was because it was all taken care of through my insurance company. <br />"

"They mowed the lawn routinely. No problem there. The lawn maintenance was a joke. I laugh every time I see the commercial with the magnifying glass and the small weed. They charge for "bed maintenance" but lord knows what this actually includes. There is absolutely no evidence of maintenance. And then there was the sprinkler system . . . do not have them install the system. I inherited it when I purchased this house a year ago. I have a leak. They sent a guy out who couldn't/wouldn't find it. Vernon was schedule to come with him twice but didn't show. Vernon knows where the lines are. Vernon agreed there was a leak. But, I just cancelled my service. There is no point. They system was so poorly arranged. No sprinklers in the front beds! Seriously? I doubt the homeowner at the time agreed to that! And let's talk about soil testing. Keep in mind, I am home when these guys show up. They test one spot a foot from the road on the front lawn only. Hello! It was the back yard that needed help. They have no intention of fixing anything. Just testing. If it can't be done from a spray can or standing behind a mower, it isn't going to be done. They also did the landscaping. They truly have no idea of what it is going to look like a year down the road. So much is going to need to be removed or severely cut back every year. They love to mulch over mulch. What do you get? Ankle deep moldy mulch. I declined THAT to be repeated. I do not recommend them - at all."

"After interviewing four other landscapers all of whom said that we could not grow grass under the canopy of trees that surround our house, we were a little skeptical of Mr. Ellis's claims. He said that within two weeks we would have grass. We negotiated a deal that limited our risk and gave him the opportunity to make good on his claim which he did. Now, a little over a month after he initially seeded the lawn, we are looking forward to the first mowing. Kudos to Mr. Ellis for delivering on his promise and finnishing the work on-time and on-budget. And his second in command, Jose, was also very helpful along the way."

".Its going along well. I had signed up for a years service, so they had repeated the application. I have forgotten how many treatments but I had paid for a year service. Certainly the lawn is green, but they explained to me that I should expect a major change over the course of a full year with the treatment. I give them a B and tha's only because they did explain its a years treatment, and then after that year. so the second year, so next spring, then I should see the type of green lawn that i have envisioned. I am going to withhold the grade on quality until they finish the treatments. They seem to be very responsive."
