"We had 2 bathrooms redone and are very happy with the final product! Our team, lead by Tate, was very professional and responded to errors and changes very graciously and promptly. The downstairs bathroom was made with a zero entry floor and I had them put a track system on the ceiling for a curtain since the space was small and I didn't want any glass. I have elderly parents and needed ease of use in the space. They stripped it down to the studs and put waterproofing on the entire floor, dropped the shower floor down to the joists and poured a custom shower pan. No curbs to trip on. In the Master, they removed my old huge jacuzzi tub, stall shower and block window, removed the wall and expanded my linen closet. Took out my old vanity and toilet and had a custom vanity built with A quartz countertop that we went and picked out at Stone. There were a few bumps here and there but the team met each challenge with a positive attitude and made sure I was satisfied with every step along the way. We are very happy with both bathrooms and will hire them again to do another bathroom in 2026."

"Quality Remodeling is exactly that, quality. Matt the estimator came to my house and provided us a price detailing everything we said we wanted done. It wasn't the lowest price, but very fair. There was no high-pressure sales tactics, no one year, one month, and today's pricing. Everything was explained up front. Our project manager was great, keeping us informed at every step. The installation team was clean and excellent asking us any questions we had concerning grab rail placement. The bath was transformed into a much more friendly environment with a fiberglass tub enclosure replaced with a beautiful and functional walk-in shower. I highly recommend Quality Remodeling for the quality of their work and customer service. They provide great value for the money."

"Steve and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing all the wood that was damaged in the crawl space. The house was in the middle of selling and these unknown defects were identified during the buyer’s home inspection and we were so concerned we would have a hard time getting these repairs handled in time. We knew this would be a big job. Hiring Signature Craft made this a breeze. They inspected and took videos and explained the process very clearly. The work was done quickly and we closed right on time- huge thank you to Signature Craft!!"

".Great experience. They kept me abreast of the schedule for install. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly throughout the day. As our shower space was unusually large(not a standard bathtub size), the install required two days and second day went just as smoothly as the first. The custom made shower base fit perfectly once the demolition work was completed. The install crew (two men) were very courtis and informative. They kept everything clean and once complete, the new shower looked as if it had been built into the home originally./ Hats off to Kyle H. and Daniel C, they are definitely a "five Star" team and gentlemen as well."

"My installer was meticulous and paid attention to every little detail. He did excellent workmanship and had pride in his accomplishment. I love the results and was glad I had the shower enlarged and the ceramic is beautiful. It is a pleasure to take a shower."

"Because of physical and medical issues, I had to replace our bathtub with a walkin shower, as well as repair the flooring under the toilet. I also had them redo the walls an flooring throughout. The finished work was superb. My wife selected the colors she wanted and once the materials arrived the work began. We are 100% satisfied with the work and would recommend them (especially if the same installer was used . TOP NOTCH, TOTAL PROFESSIONAL) to "everyone" looking to do bathroom remodeling."

"We had a step in shower installed and a new bathroom floor. This is the best company in Richmond. The crew arrived and immediately began the demolition of the bathtub and surrounding walls. Fast. The shower was installed and the floor was laid. Beautiful job. The whole crew went out of their way to complete everything perfectly. The safety factor is great. Beautiful bathroom. Thanks to pamela for an extra job. The owner of the company David was the reason we decided to go with jds. From the time we met him ."

"It was a pleasure dealing with Classic Granite & Marble. Starting with the sales consultant (Andrew) through the removal and installation was 1st class ( yes CG&M removed the existing countertop!). The installation crew was friendly and cleanup was spectacular. I have already recommended CG&M to others."
