"Last year Northland Fence installed a tan vinyl privacy fence for my 1 acre lot, replacing a rotted cedar fence that was falling down. I was really impressed by the post design as a means to anchor the fencing without future rotting issues, and it saved lots of installation time versus the older cement process. This was a huge fence, and they completed in two days of work, and the fence looks great! Fast forward one year later and strong winds this year have knocked over 6 x 30-foot trees from my neighbor's yard into my yard, damaging the fence in multiple places, bending posts and breaking side panels. Tim came by to perform the repair last week and the fence is completely restored to previous condition in about 2-3 hours of work. You could not tell that so much damage had occurred except for some cleaning that I need to do. While onsite, Tim also addressed some sag in installed fence doors with very well-built diagonal braces and adjusted the doors to being square. He was polite, professional, and delivered great results - represents the Northland Fence brand well. Strongly endorse the fence solutions from Northland. "Sections of our chain link fence and 2 gates needed to be repaired. Due to settling 2 areas of our fence were leaning and 2 gates wouldn't close because the fence had shifted. We got 3 quotes for repairs. The first 2 companies both said they needed to replace the sections of top rail and posts, along with the gates, which was expensive. Dan said the fence could be adjusted without replacing everything. The project was done soon after he came out to look at it. Dan and his crew got the job done quickly.  A few things were fixed, replaced and the rest was adjusted so that it is straight and the gates latch again. We really appreciate Dan fixing the problems without adding on unnecessary costs and replacing things that didn't need to be replaced. We are very happy with the work and would use Top Line Fence again. "

"Steve first came out to provide an estimate on a Saturday. His price was lower than all other companies I contacted. He stopped by before starting the job to go over everything again and remembered very well the details of my yard. He started exactly when he said he would, despite terrible weather (cold rain and snow!). He completed the job after working 4 days, with a weekend off in between to let the concrete harden. "Lee and one of his employees came out on a Monday night to measure and give us an estimate.  They returned on Wednesday and the fence was done by Thursday evening.  They removed a chain link fence, installed the beautiful privacy fence and hauled away the old fence.  They even worked in the rain to finish the project.  I've since recommended this company to relatives and friends and  should the need arise, we will be calling them again! <br />"

"Midwest Fence was great. I contacted three fence companies that were highly rated on Angie's list. One never responded. One gave me a quick quote over the phone sight/site unseen and said his guy would contact me. No subsequent contact. On the other hand, Midwest Fence's salesperson called me back the same day, He came out, looked at what we wanted, discussed options, and gave me a quote lower than the other. Since it was November, I was told work probably could not begin until spring. To our joy, the fence was installed during a warm spell in December. It looks great. The crews were professional and pleasant. Two weeks later when I called about an adjustment I needed, a crew appeared the next day and made the adjustment."
