"We received an estimate quickly and thought the price was very reasonable. The crew came on time, but the crane was held up. Rather than wait for the crane, they started climbing the trees and cutting away. It made more work for them, but they did what they had to do. The crane came after about and hour and half. After that, the job moved right along. After trees were removed, stumps were ground down. Then everything was cleaned up. The entire job was fabulous. Neighbors enjoyed watching too. The yard was left in good shape considering the amount of work that was done. We would recommend Arbortech to anyone needing tree work."

Was contacted by one of the crew on a Saturday while they were working in the neighborhood. Since we had planned on having the tree work done, we indicated interest. Later Chad stopped by and we walked around the yard and decided what needed to be done and the price. The price was certainly competitive and very much in line with work we had done several years ago and the large amount of work this time.

Scheduled the work a couple of days out.  They completed the trimming and tree removal exactly as promised, and the removal of an enormous amount of branches and trees took about  six and half hours. It was a big job that included significant trimming to six large trees and complete removal of two. The trimming included one extremely large ash that hung over the house and removing a huge spruce that was way too close to the house.  All went perfectly. The crew has a small tracked "grabber" that dragged all the debris to the front yard where it was shredded. The clean-up was perfect - not a branch or leaf was left after they were through.

The crew was professional, personable and courteous. Our trees look great now!

"Dynasty responded immediately to my call for a bid to remove a huge old maple whose large main limbs had cracked open where they joined the trunk. Jason was able to come to the house within an hour and give me a fair bid, he rearranged his crew schedule to prioritize removal of the tree, and within a couple of days the tree was removed with absolutely no damage to the yard, and every scrap of wood, twig, and leaf from the tree was removed from the yard. "They cut off all of the branches that hung over my house and the dead branches. The salesman told me which branches should be removed, the man that cut them decided one of the branches that should have been cut off, shouldn't be because it looked better. That was in the fall, now that it's summer and the leaves are on the trees, that branch is hitting the boulevard tree. That was the reason it should have been cut off."

"Just a couple minor issues. On having to reschedule. the job that was completed was done well. Even though it was drizzling and saw dust couldn't be cleaned up. I would hire again, he knows what he is doing."
