"The quality is excellent. I am a licensed contractor who has remodel eleven apartment buildings that I own and various houses and condos for other people on the Northshore. Wood Ez has done over a dozen floors for me over the last five years. Most of these have been complete replacements of oak flooring and underlayment some floors only needed repair from water stains, burned holes, gaps because of walls removed, severe staining from pets which Wood Ez sanded and used bleached and stain to restore. All of the work has been excellent. Late last fall Wood EZ installed two new wood floors in two storefronts that I own in Evanston, I had asked them to wait to put the third coat of varnish on until I finished some repairs to the walls. Vlad, who is the president, called me in January to remind me that I had forgotten to get the last coat! Even before this I was so impressed that I refered Vlad to a friend who I know to be quite particular about his house.
