"Mr. Mason's crew cut all my new 6 panel doors too short, the floor is coming up where he took the wall down (have to seek another floor person to repair it), poor planning of electrical work (had to hire an electrician to fix what I requested to have done), installed cheap laminated floors that I was told wouldn't be scratch but are scratched. Call him regarding all my issues, was told his had surgery and would get back to me, that did not happen. Followed up with an email regarding all the problems, no reply. I would never hire this guy and his crew ever again."

"I hired this contractor to repair my back porch and they recommended using stone tiles and replacing the columns. Contractor did not give a contract or receipt. A couple of months later some tiles lifted I called the repair it and they promised to fix it, but they never showed up and stopped taking my calls."

"We had a recurring water leak in our kitchen ceiling. Previous efforts didn't resolve the problem. Scott did a thorough exploration of possible sources and found that leakage originated from a bedroom window, which he repaired. He was extremely thorough in checking other areas before finding the source. The solution involved replacing some siding, re- insulating and adjusting flashing and insulating and caulking sections of the window. Excellent work!"

He showed on time and put in his best efforts to replace a bathroom ceiling's fan, then he painted the ceiling. It took him a couple of attempts to figure out the best finish for our ceiling, but he eventually did an amazing job and we are all very pleased with the outcome.
