"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. "This company provides excellent customer service! We bought a home in 2016 that included a pool house awning installed by Sondrini Enterprises in 2013. It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. In the spring of 2024, the awning motor seemed to again be broken. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem. These folks are smart, competent and reasonably priced! Would have no issue using them again!"
