"I recently had my roof repairs done in by Overstate, and I?m pleasantly happy with how everything turned out. I was a little overwhelmed and nervous going into this, but Avi and his team made the process smooth and stress-free. from the free quote to the repairs, it was a really positive experience, and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone."

"Excellent communication, using the same same products as one of his highest competitors. Clean up was like they weren?t even there!"

"My choices were a little limited due to COVID crisis, but contacted 2 highest rated companies on Angie's. First was a small firm who was booked thru the Fall. Alliance has several crews and were able to get to us quickly. First visit was great (David), who provided the quote, alternatives, samples, pictures & addresses of previous work. Price was reasonable. Crew started a couple of weeks later. Very professional and courteous crew of three. Once they show up, they stay to finish the job. Separate gutter crew came shortly after siding was done. Cost was $28,000 for a 2 story cape with shake siding. We love the shake look compared to traditional horizontal siding, esp for a cape house. We highly recommend Alliance."

"It was very pleasant experience my roof never looked better . David and his crew are very knowledgeable and honest people. They explained everything what should and shouldn't be done no pressure at all . Job site was organized , clean no mess left behind, that's great responsible business . I will definitely hire them in future projects and recommend them highly ."

"Colonial Restorations was superb.   Our family very much enjoyed working with Brad Green and Tom Green.

At the outset, they made thorough assessments of our family's barn, identifying several problem areas and offering multiple proposals for how best to address each (including strategies and estimates).  They walked through the different proposals with us, addressing all questions and discussing different options.  This was extremely constructive and important to the process.

They demonstrated very clear understanding of post-and-beam wood construction.  They displayed great expertise in working with wood (white oak, red oak, hemlock) and with the tools, jacks and cribbing needed for this work.  They worked carefully, always putting in place the necessary jacks and cribbing in advance of each phase of this project.

They were clear about their schedule and were very responsible about communicating with us.  If there were a day that they would not be on site, they let us know ahead of time.  With the exception of a snow storm and an illness, they were on site five days a week from the first week in January till the second week in February, 2016.

By the completion of this project, Colonial Restorations had made significant and important structural repairs to our barn.  This work was done with care, craft, accuracy, and to code.  (All elements of this project were examined and passed by the building inspector.)  Most important, these repairs respected and worked with the existing structure and materials of the barn.

We could not be happier with these repairs or with the work done by Colonial Restorations.  It was a pleasure working with Brad and Tom."

"I recommend to all my friends and family! 10/10 service!"

"Derek provided several home repairs, caulking, screen and window repairs. He is reliable, accommodating, professional and did very good work. Highly recommended and will use his services again."

"I did the roof two years ago. He did wonderful job in the beginning giving the quotation and all that very well. And when he was doing the job it was really good, but there were a couple of problems we discovered later on and he was not good in apologies for any of them."

"Dave's team was punctual, professional, and responsive to our questions. We are pleased with our new roof and would hire Dave for other home projects in the future."

"I would recommend Sola- R as he did a wonderful job redoing the siding. He was very efficient and fast doing this and it came out perfectly. If someone were to ask about remodeling I would say him as his professionalism and skills proved that I made the correct choice in who I hired."
