"Bob was a friendly and excellent representative of Alief Vacuum Cleaner Company. He arrived when he said he would and called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He checked our vacuum system for the issues I was reporting and quickly attached his cleanout apparatus to one of our inlets and solved the problem in just a minute or two. Charged us the basic service call fee and was on his way. Excellent service and will definitely use him in the future if new problems with our system arise."

Due to recent move a lot of areas were not accessible to dust so this was eliminated.

However my bathroom trash was not emptied and it was mainly just sweeping mopping and vacuum 2 bedrooms.

Was willing to do what was asked but did not make effort to go above and beyond.

They disassembled and removed gazebo, replaced rotten word in various locations, repaired flashing around chimney, placed mulch in 4 flower beds, cleaned out front rain gutters, installed board at base of front door wall, and repaired/replaced door knobs.
