"All Pro did everything well in providing carpet stretching and cleaning services for our home.  Tim was accessible by phone, answered questions and explained his cost structure.  The service was promptly scheduled within a few days.  All Pro was running a little late, but called to let us know their status.  Service was terrific.  All of our carpeting badly needed stretching; Tim and Adam were able to work around a few large pieces of furniture (we had removed shelf items and small furniture) to take the wrinkles out completely.  And the cleaning was terrific.  The carpets will not need to be replaced for quite a while after this treatment.  Very professional provider with a fair, competitive cost structure.  No surprises!  I highly recommend.

"My initial review on the day the work was done was great, but after a little time, we re not a satisified with the results. After stretching, there are 2 seams made in doorways that are very evident & didn't blend good together, one of which came undone before he left, which he fixed again. Hopefully it holds after that room gets more traffic! Also, there are areas around doors where you can see gaps where carpet is pulled a little in doorway areas. Then the cleaning ... I was told during during the first visit that they had cleaners or chemicals that would clean makeup stains, but it only worked so-so, plus there are a couple of places where there are stains that weren't there before. All in all, I had companies quote cheaper prices, but we went with them because they said they did not use shampoos could get the stains out. We should have done a little more research!"
