"All Pro did everything well in providing carpet stretching and cleaning services for our home.  Tim was accessible by phone, answered questions and explained his cost structure.  The service was promptly scheduled within a few days.  All Pro was running a little late, but called to let us know their status.  Service was terrific.  All of our carpeting badly needed stretching; Tim and Adam were able to work around a few large pieces of furniture (we had removed shelf items and small furniture) to take the wrinkles out completely.  And the cleaning was terrific.  The carpets will not need to be replaced for quite a while after this treatment.  Very professional provider with a fair, competitive cost structure.  No surprises!  I highly recommend.

"Excellent! Our entire experience with this company was amazing! The lady who answered the phone was so sweet and informative. She answered all of our questions. When the carpet cleaner guy got here (sorry I forgot his name), he was on time, prompt , and courteous. He even text us twenty minutes prior to arrival. The entire process was simple. We only had to move simple things off the floor. All the big stuff stayed in place. The bed, dresser, everything stayed in place. He cleaned everything. I checked under our dresser, bed, night stand...all clean. I don't know how he did it, but he did. We got 3 rooms, hallway, and the stairs cleaned. I thought the carpet was trashed and no way to clean but figured it was worth a shot. The carpet literally looks brand new again! And it smells amazing! Please go with this company. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't. From the bottom of our big ole Texas hearts, Thank You!! We will be using this company again for bi-weekly cleaning services!!!"
