On the installation date, the team arrived on time, was professional and did a great job. I had a similar price quote for another larger firm. Went with Kali as they were a smaller firm and was not disappointed with the experience. Would definitely recommend Kali concrete for any concrete driveway installations."

"every single aspect of my dealing with tony (the owner) is superb! we set up an appointment for him to come to my home and provide an estimate and while he was there he took his time to answer my many many questions about the job. i really enjoyed that he was in no hurry, i had all his attention, and i was impressed by his knowledge. have you ever had someone come out for an estimate of whatever it is, and you can tell they are in a hurry and they have other places to be....etc. etc. not tony.....great first impression! after we talked and he showed me what and how he wanted to do.....within what i wanted done, he gave me an estimate and i agreed to have him do the work. because of the weather it took 2-3 weeks for him to finally make it out to do the job. during this time, tony and i were in communication and he made sure i knew what was happening as far as scheduling was concerned. great communication! also, tony is the guy that runs the job. he does not sub out the job and he does not send out a crew to do the work. tony was there every step of the way and he was working getting everything done and directing his guys......important to me. the final product is awesome......just as we discussed. one of my neighbors is a retired contractor and he and i were talking a few days after tony and his crew had finished our job and when i asked my neighbor his opinion of the work done, he said it was top notch! i mean i could already tell it was excellent, and it is fun to hear an expert confirm my opinion. overall...outstanding experience.....this is your guy if you need anything done with concrete!!"

"Great communications and meeting timing expectations. Positive vibe in watching this team at work. They know what to do , have the experience and just do it efficiently. Said concrete would pour at 630 am and the team starting showing up before 6 am to greet the concrete trucks that did arrive at 630 am. Leveling , brushing and special stamping completed before the heat of the summer day. Job site left clean as well as washing down the street to assure a clean looking neighborhood. Have watched similar neighborhood contractors and they set the standard for meeting expectations. Book your job early as their schedule gets full."

"We were very pleased with Trinity's work! Travis and his team did a beautiful job installing a new patio in our backyard. We felt they were very thorough, there was a lot of excavating to do prior to pouring the concrete and they didn't take any shortcuts. Travis kept us updated every step of the way, explaining their work and next steps. As others said, the start of the project was a bit delayed due to rain and their busy schedule, but we would absolutely hire again! Several of our neighbors commented that the crew was super polite and easy to work with (we have a narrow alley so the crew had to move at times). "I especially appreciated the fact that Don gave me a lot of good suggestions and gave me options (I really was not sure exactly what I wanted -- just that I wanted to replace the tub with a shower.) And I was limited in what I could do because I have an extemely tiny bathroom. Don gave me the pros and cons of various choices -- for example, we can do X and it will let us finish the job in just a day or two, but it will up the price by $x. At one point, the white seat that I originally wanted inside the shower had been discontinued and I had to choose a different color. I chose caramel and Don suggested changing the grout to more of a brown color to go better with the seat and that turned out great! The project took a while (8 days) due mostly to the fact that they had to let each layer of concrete dry before moving on, with one more day delay caused by having to order a new seat color with matching grout. They did a great job and I am extremely happy with the final result!"
