"We would recommend using Hard Rock Construction for any of your concrete projects. We had a 8' wide two-track gravel driveway about 163' feet long located near downtown Fenton. Mitch and his crew did a great job of clearing the old and replacing it with a new 10' wide concrete driveway. They stayed on schedule, managed their equipment use well in a tight neighborhood, and cleaned everything up after reach day. We are quite happy with the finished project and the work they did. Mitch was easy going, responsive to inquiries and reasonably priced. We would use them again if another concrete projects arises."

The A/C unit was not leveled when we moved in this past winter). "We loved the service that they did, and we loved the job that they did, but the professionalism was terrible. They came out and gave us an estimate, we said fine, and we agreed to it. We signed the contract, and when when the workers came out, they gave us another price altogether. We showed them the estimate, and what we agreed to, and they left. I called the company, and I told them that I took the day off work today, and was expecting them. She said that the estimator gave us a wrong price. I said we were sorry, but that is what we agreed to, and it was just a big mess. They eventually came out and did the work, but I just felt that the professionalism was just horrible. They did a wonderful job, but I think they should have been upfront with us. If the estimate was wrong, they should have told us way before we scheduled a time and a date to have the work done. They were nasty to us for their error. We felt the price was reasonable."

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They told us they were going to give us a $99 analysis and they said that it was normally $400. They didn't give us everything they advertised and then they charged us $200 for what was supposed to be $99. Finally they refunded our money on that after my husband spoke to them. We called them again to get an estimate for insulation and we never heard from them. The experience was not good. We didn't research other companies."
