Site work was expertly done including removal of old deck debris, dealing with old concrete footers, concrete slab, etc. No problem for these experienced pros. Price was very much in line with other quotes we got, but First Impressions was professional, responsive and very easy to work with. Weather delayed the project significantly, but to me that means First Impressions is more interested in doing the job right than pouring when it's too cold, too wet, etc. We've already contracted with them for a driveway repair, so complete confidence in the work and would definitely recommend to others. Be patient, they're in high demand, but worth the wait."

"In 2006 I had 5 different concrete companies come out to my home and give me an estimate for a new driveway. Hands down I went with Mr Luth at Stamped Concrete Specialists. He was the only one out of the other 5 on time, he was also very patient with me and answering all my questions. It was very nice to talk to the owner of the company and not just a sales man. I cant believe his workers completely removed my whole driveway and poured me a new one in just 3 days! His employees where very nice and polite, and picked up after themselves. It really showed they cared. Our driveway is 7 years old and still looks like the first day it was done, no cracks! We where so happy with it and Mr Luth's work, we had him back last year to do a walkway and back patio! Once again we were not disappointed, and he had the same employees doing our add-ons! "From the time the crew showed up, it was very clear these guys were the 'A' Team.  They had a 220v diesel generator (on a trailer) which powered the floor grinder.  At 54" wide, it was heavy enough to work the surface of the concrete and progressively grind it flat.  Changing out pads from coarse to finer grits, the machine, materials and laborer made quick work of the garage floor.  Finally, densifier was applied to the floor to help strengthen the cement surface as well as providing a sheen during the following burnishing process.  The entire sq ft. of the garage was completed in about 6 hours.  Since the machine had dual vacuums to suck up the grit during the process, the garage and surrounding area remained pretty clean during the job. <br /> I have received many compliments on the finished cement surface (though I need to complete the remainder of the garage), and would contact NC Cement again if I needed a service they offer.  Very professional, punctual, courteous.  Can't say enough really. <br />"

"We had Tony come out in March 2012 for a stamped concrete patio estimate.  We were pleased with his estimate, and he said that we'd be in touch, and would be looking at about July 2012 for the job to get done.  We tore out our deck on July Fourth weekend of 2012, preparing for the patio at the end of the month.  Our job kept getting pushed back further and further, and we had to do a lot of calling about the job to find out about the delays in the scheduling.  Finally, we were told that they could install the patio in late October of 2012.  By this point, we said that we would rather be put on the schedule right at the very start of Spring 2013 so that our patio wasn't under snow a month after installation.  Spring 2013 rolled around, and I had to contact Tony many times, and finally just had to say that I didn't think that we could wait any more for the job to be done.  Our patio got installed in late June of 2013.  Overall, we really like it.  Two days after install, I felt like there were some cracks in the patio that I wasn't sure were normal.  I took pictures of the cracks and emailed them to Tony, but I never heard back from him.  I was worried that water would get into them over winter, expand when it froze, and make the cracks larger.  I was very disappointed not to hear back from Tony.  Personally, I found him to be a very, very nice person.  I would even consider calling him in the future because I do feel that his work was very good overall.  I would not, however, recommend him to a friend, as his level of responsiveness is just not what I would want friends to experience.  I think that he is just very busy, and our job was on a very small scale, although it was very important to us, and a big investment on a limited budget.  He did end up giving us a discount after the fact, which we didn't ask for.  If I knew that he was going to give us a discount, I would have had the patio made a bit larger.  Tony and his entire crew are great guys, but it was an extremely long and frustrating process for us to be waiting for the patio installation. <br />"
