"3.5 years after Proven replaced our roof and gutters I reached out to them needing more gutter downspouts. i wanted to redo how the downspouts entered the underground drain pipes and need longer downspout pieces. Jenn and Dave engaged in my project, worked to understand what I needed and then dropped off two 10ft downspouts free of charge. i would have paid if they asked but they didn't! 100% A+ thanks Jenn, thanks Dave and team!!"

"While they will get the work done for the most part they work with shady loan companies and make promises they refuse to keep. They offer great loan options but don't let you know when they are swapping out the loans for something less then desirable. If your not paying fully up front and need to do it through a loan I would look else where."

"I do not recommend this company. Roof Installed August 2023. 3ft Ice guard promised & written into the contract, was never installed. Leaking and wall damage occurred this year in Feb 4th. Called and sent pictures, was told I would get a call back. Never did. March 10th someone from Power shows up unannounced and walks onto our property. Fortunately our GSD was in the house. Power confirmed, lack of Ice Shield & states will send a crew to repair. 1rst appt. Subcontractor cancels. New date scheduled & they show up a day early IN the driveway. No name on truck or shirts. We sent them home as we had to go to work. We will not have work done on our house when we are not home. Reasonable right? 3rd time they show up today 6:45am in the driveway Sat. morning. Work order incorrect. Told them we need to talk to manager. They left? again, no name on truck or shirts. Who were they? Unprofessional company. Two words. Breach of Contract. We will be making a claim"

"The owner Dave came out promptly to inspect our roof and give us a quote. His prices were comparable to the other 2 quotes we had gotten. He was on the job when he said he would be, always came by to inspect the work being done and in a timely manor. "This is an extremely consolidated version of the disaster we experienced with Father & Sons (Sam) due to character count limitations. We fired them after paying them because they were unable to complete the job, and what they did do was mostly wrong. They couldn?t finish the basement renovation, and it dragged out for over four months. They quoted 3 weeks + permitting time. They installed the wrong windows. Twice! They are not to code, and they never even finished installing them. We need to contract someone new to remove and replace the windows that they failed to install. Their electrical was non-functional, not to code, and a fire hazard, according to multiple other electricians who are cleaning up their fire hazards and code violations. F&S or their subcontractors stole tools from me. Their drywall work was absolutely atrocious, with cuts missed by several inches and multiple electrical outlets left with holes that outlet covers can?t hide. They?re a very small crew"
