"Contacted TrueBlue on Saturday due to help with a shower knob replacement where the screw seemed to be a bit stripped - probably from previous owner. I couldn't unscrew it with any of my phillips-head screwdriver so tried to enlist some help. TrueBlue offered to have a tech come out and give an estimate the next day, Sunday. Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service. Would do business again, especially since the first "pro" who called me 1 minute after I listed the project did a no-show after we set a mutually agreeable time for an appointment on the same day."

Either the reviews are fake and made by shills for other companies, or they just plainly had an off day, but I don't see that happening. Clayton who gave us the estimate was informative, professional, and answered all of our questions and concerns. We were so confident in his presentation that we didn't even get another estimate, we knew we wanted Sunburst to do the job. We had quite a large job so it took about 5 weeks to get the shutters custom made and when it came time for installation everything went smooth. The installer showed up on time, worked clean, and was very courteous.
