Did a" bait and switch" with proposal and contract. this company is what is known in the asphalt world as gypsies they come in talk a great game then get a major deposit and do half the work then never comes back. They took a 55plus communities' money and ran. Yelled and threatened residents , very unprofessional , you see these guys RUN.!!!! I have video and proof of everything stated here. As we speak state attorney is working to get these guys.... good luck and shame on you , karma sucks from the community you stole from."
