"The absolute worst company, worst communication and worst customer service. Paid 50% down, $6700, the beginning of February and the project did not begin until the first week of April and it was a five month nightmare when I finally had another company come in and finish the job. luckily visa saw the pictures reviewed my case and refunded us 100% of our funds. I found out from the cabinet manufacturers that this company ordered my cabinets unglazed purposely to save themselves money and tried to line stripe the glaze on themselves which resulted in very faulty unprofessional looking cabinet doors and drawers and nothing like the sample they showed me which they sold me. They ordered them several weeks after I paid for them. Their install crews quit on them due to having no organization or instructions on how to install each job. I would never ever recommend this company and luckily visa stood behind the consumer. This company disposed of my laundry room cabinet doors and have never returned to give back my property or make any attempt to finish the job."

"The pricing was average, not too expensive. Quality of work was good, no complaints there. However, customer service is subpar. You should beware of any "no big deal" spoken promises outside the official quote. Harry came to give me a quote on tile installation in my family room. While showing him the project request, I showed him two tiles that needed to be replaced right next to the family room and he agreed to change it no cost, as it was no big deal he said. This was a specific item I requested and he even explained how it cracked because the builders laid the tile too quickly because they rush to get the construction completed. During and after installation however, since it was not included in the quote, it was not replaced. Conveniently Harry forgot even speaking to me about the tile repair after we spoke about it on two separate occasions, and they claimed they never made that promise."

"Well this is the 2nd time writing about this company and a low rating on my experience with them. This is a review based on my experience. They installed our glass shower October 2017. On April 8, 2019 the glass just shattered. My husband was in the family room and he heard the glass just break. On that same day we called them and sent pictures of the shower section. We figured we would just go back to the company that installed it and get it fixed, it would save us time. Boy was we wrong. They came out and did measurements and told us it would be 7-10 business days. We thought the guy was going to clean up the glass but he told us that wasn't his job and that we needed to call the office to get it done. We called the office and they told us that they couldn't send someone to clean up the glass they would have to charge us. He said it would be cleaned up when they installed the replacement glass. So we waited 2 1/2 weeks and called and was informed that they did the measurement wrong and had to come back out and remeasure. I was annoyed because had we not called them they never would have called us. I was told by the owner that for the inconvenience they would refund me back $50. I then inquired if someone could at least come and clean the glass up since it was their fault that we didn't have our replacement glass. He still said it would be an additional charge. They came back out to remeasure on 4/26/19. The guy that came out told my husband that someone was coming that next day (Saturday) to clean up the glass. Well no one came as I suspected. I called on today (5/10/19) 2 weeks later to find out about the door and was told that someone would have to call me back. I am really getting tired of the lies, the runaround and delay. On 5/10/19 they called me back and informed me that they received the glass yesterday and there was a chip in the glass and they returned it for repair. She said they would get it back Monday and she would call me. I asked her how could it take 7-10 days to make a glass but now only 1 day to replace the glass. She told me she informed them this is a rush. It should have been a rush when they took the wrong measurements and made us wait an additional 3 weeks. They were supposed to call me back on Monday 5/13. After not hearing from them my husband called very upset to inquire about the glass. They informed him that the glass came in and someone would be out today to install. They called at 8:05am this morning that they had the glass and would be at the house in 30 minutes. They arrived, cleaned the broken glass up but yet again they say the glass won't fit the measurements are wrong. I believe they lied to us and was just trying to appease my angry husband by sending someone out. This will be the third time that someone will have to measure. Mind you this is not a whole shower enclosure just one panel and it's 6 weeks and still has not been repaired."
