"I was looking for a flooring contractor that has extensive experience. After all, we will be walking on the floor for many years, daily, in our house. I found out that LG Floor Design, Corp. is listed as one of the installers on the CTEF website. There are only a handful of CTEF installers in Orlando. I called a few contractors and out of all of them, Andres had been the most helpful, friendly, informative, and responsive. We did read through the reviews on Homeadvisor.com, all positive reviews, and although there is one review that seems to be not from a real client, the way he responded back in this one was very respectful and professional. The photos of their projects are all very clean cut and well-done. For all these reasons, we decided to call him. He answered all my questions on the phone, and the day my husband met with Andres to do the measurement, he came back and said, this tile contractor knows exactly what he is doing (yes, we met some who do not seem to know what they are doing). Although I was not there at our first meeting, my husband said that Andres brought all the tools to measure and took the time to explain everything to him. I am sure all these certified installers whom we met can get the job done but Andres stood out from all of them. He was upfront about costs, estimated time, and sent us the quote right away. During this whole entire process, we have learned that if he promises to do something, he does it. When something goes wrong, he fixes it promptly. He truly cares about his clients! He weighted in our grout choices, picking tiles, picking the design for the baseboard, and so on. We can tell that he is good at what he does and has a natural eye for design so we trust his judgment 100%. On the last day of completion, we were just absolutely speechless. Not only did the tiles look absolutely beautiful but also the clean up after the job was just out of this world. If you are looking for a tile contractor and a team that is punctual, responsive, fast, professional, and knowledgeable. This is the company that you will remember for the rest of your life, even though we do not know Andres personally, one thing we do know that this kind of professionalism and craftsmanship we do not come across often, who follow through his words with action. We are forever grateful knowing that every day that we look at and walk on our floor, we are happy. Without a doubt, we will use Andres and his team again for future projects. "Greg and Kevin did an excellent job installing 550sqft of tile. I had already been through a few other tile installers for the same project and had nothing but trouble. Greg and Kevin completed the job very quickly and with great quality. I wish I would have hired them first! This was a 0 grout joint installation and there was very little lippage, if any on the 12x24 tiles they installed. Would hire again anytime. Very nice people also."

One of the things I like about this company is that you talk to the owner (Raimundo) since the beginning, and he is also the one putting the floor. This means you will not waste your time with a sales person that tells you one thing, and then the day of the project someone else is the one installing it. Raimundo was very attentive, professional, pays attention to detail, and ensures high quality work. He has a great attitude throughout the entire project, and he is resourceful whenever an obstacle comes its way. Also, once the job is done, if there is any unforeseen issues, he gladly fixes them. For example, one of my tiles had a chip that I didn’t notice until the job was done. I told Raimundo and he came that same week and removed the tile and put a new one at no extra charge. "Derrick Fausnight and his team (Justin & George) worked on our rental property to get it into amazing condition. After our renters destroyed the carpets, tile and walls, we looked for a company that could come in and make the property look beautiful again. We met with a few companies, but Derrick had great vision for what we were looking for and offered to go above and beyond with his services. Choosing Fausnight Flooring was the best decision we've made with our remodel project. Here is a list of everything they did for us: 1. Removed the tile and carpet throughout the entire house 2. patched and resurfaced the underlying foundation where settling had occurred 3. removed all the shelving from all closets then patched, sanded and retextured all the interior walls 4. Painted all interior walls, crown molding, doors and frames throughout the house 5. Installed new backsplash in the kitchen and around the fireplace 6. Seamlessly installed premium flooring throughout the whole house 7. Repaired or replaced damaged floor boards that apparently had been chewed on by the renters' dog. 7. They discovered errors in the original construction and made repairs. 8. I was trying to repair a section of my front door and, while I was busy with work, Derrick and his crew fixed it for me 9. Painted the exterior of the front door for us 10. Cleaned everything on their way out the door. I am sure I am leaving some things off this list because they did so much. But, also, he checked in and updated us with any concerns and he brought every detail that might be noticed to our attention so we could decide, together, how to improve the appearance of the home.
