They would come and find me and show me certain spots, explain what was going on and what they had tried to remove stains. I was concerned about my original wood window frames, since some of the storm window glass wouldn’t close completely. When I checked, the inside wood was COMPLETELY DRY! I was a bit frustrated at the low quote received over the phone for a “cleaning and inspection” which ended up costing me $250 more. Felt like bait and switch. Only caveat to that is my chimney hadn’t been cleaned in about 10 years, so I expected to pay more than the quoted price anyway.
