After significant delays in getting our basement windows (no fault of Performance), the windows were sloppily installed by some of the team. Fortunately, Ryan came out reviewed the work and fixed everything at no extra cost. Now the windows look and work great."

Then Dave Friesen was conscientious about following up and answering the questions we had, e.g., how much attention would be paid to prep, paint quality (we ended up using Benjamin Moore, which Dave felt was the best), timing, care about landscaping, etc. We were so confident in Dave that we picked the main color and asked him to choose the trim and detail--he made wonderful suggestions that we approved. People stop by all of the time and ask us about colors and contractor. Everything worked as Dave promised, and since we weren't able to have a new garage door installed during the week he painted, he came back later on a weekend to complete the job. It's great to do business with a company president like Dave. It's too bad he's not running the country."
