After confirming the location of the water intrusion, the recommended replacing a window, flashing, and siding surrounding the window. They "guaranteed" that this would fix the water intrusion. This cost was over $10,000 and each day was billed for the work separately. No estimate for time or quote was provided prior to the work being done. I hired a separate contractor to repair the interior wall and repaint. Less than a year later, the repaired interior wall shows signs of water damage. I reached out to SFW construction to review the work, and they estimated another 4 days to fix the same water intrusion that they failed to repair the first time. They have now billed me an additional $13,000 on top of the original $10,000 to repair it again, with no honoring of their guarantee. Avoid this company, they do not honor their agreements and will charge you twice for the same job that I doubt is even fixed this time."
