"The cleaning was excellent. George and Joe were on time and did a thorough and professional job. They wore masks, washed their hands when they came in, kept social distancing, were polite, and efficient. After putting off my usual 6 mo. carpet cleaning routine because of COVID19, I was not sure the carpet would come clean. The high traffic areas were visually grey after a year. But everything came out. The carpets were damp, not wet, and dried in a few hours even on a rainy cold day. The reason for the less than excellent rating was repeated scheduling problems. They missed their appointment. We had arranged our personal schedules around their appointment and had moved all the furniture out. Since they now had to come a day later, this meant our house cleaner couldn't clean three rooms; the two that were empty and the one we'd piled the furniture into. Amazingly, on the rescheduled day, they called shortly before our morning appointment and asked if we could make it late afternoon. That was not possible. I asked for a discount for all this trouble which she gladly granted. She'd took responsibility for her error, explaining when I had called to schedule she just forgot to record my appointment. She apologized. Eventually, when I asked for it, she agreed to give us a discount. I was satisfied with their customer service in the end. Everyone makes mistakes and they compensated us.95 The cleaning job was top notch and I will hire them again in 6 mo."
