He quickly drew up a detailed estimate, which was very clear as to the work to be completed, the materials to be used, and the costs of both materials and labor. We scheduled the work about 2 months out - due to my planned travel schedule. When the day arrived, Ben and his crew (3 assistants) showed up right on time and completed the work within 2 days as promised. They were all very professional, and very attentive to any comments/questions I had. My wife and I are thrilled with the quality of the completed project, and have been happy to have several neighbors stop by and say how nice things look. "THIS COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON BUILDING THE GATE. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD WAS THAT THEY DEMOLISHED THE OLD FENCE ON THURSDAY AND DID NOT GET THE NEW FENCE UP UNTIL AT LEAST THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THOSE OF US WHO HAVE PETS HAD A HARD TIME KEEPING THEM IN OUR YARDS. A TEMPORARY NETTING MIGHT HAVE BEEN GREAT TO KEEP OUR PETS FROM STRAYING. OVERALL WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE GATE, FENCE AND PRICE OF THE GATE."

"Initially I was told that the work would be done June 9-10th. When this didn't happen, I called to see why (the company did not call me). I was told that the foreman was injured, which I was sorry to hear. We rescheduled for a time between June 13-25, during which I would be out of town and my dog would be boarded. When I returned June 25th, the metal poles were in place, but no fencing. I boarded my dog another day and the fence was completed June 26."
