My house has 2 trim colors, a different garage door color, and I asked them to add painting some pillars. They gave me a good price, and their final total was less than the original quote plus a small tip. I noticed one area that was very badly cracking and pealing and did not look very good after they moved on. I mentioned it, and they went back, re-sanded, and repainted to my satisfaction.
