"The owner, Todd, came to the house, measured, and gave me a quote via email. I was on a pretty tight timeframe, and he was able to work me in. One of his guys (Robert) did most of the work. The floor came out great. Better than I was expecting. He had to do some extra work around a toilet in the bathroom, but did not ask for extra money. They have an outstanding vacuum system that captures almost all of the dust. It is so effective, Robert doesn't even need to wear a dust mask. I will certainly call Todd again when I need hardwood floor work."

There were some issues with the prep so I'd recommend being sure your structural work is solid and just having them do tile work only (not installing cement board, niches or heated flooring.)
