"George came to look at my electrical issue the same day i called. He looked it over, showed me what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. He came back two days later and took a decades old, unsafe cobbed up mess and restored it to a safe installation that looks good and works great! Pleased beyond words for the work he did for me!!"

"Excellent customer service and very competent people. I had a power failure in my home and they got it repaired quicker than I expected and also took care of every detail. In addition, Krueger Electric had to contact the power company to straighten out problems that the power company itself made that were holding up getting my power restored. I highly recommend this company."

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

"I hired Primewood Electric to put outlets in my basement that I am finishing. It ended up with him doing the outlets, switching the ceiling lights to be on 2 switches, and replacing a light fixture in my living room. His price was very reasonable and I really enjoyed having him do the work. I will be hiring him again."

"stimate was detailed, and accurate. The experience with Kitchen and Bath World was excellent. We met with four companies that did this work. K&B was not the cheapest but fit in our budget. Micheal was excellent at designing the project and helped us select fixtures. The presentation was detailed and accurate. Financial terms were spelled out. Everything went according to plan. Michael and the owner came to check on the progress frequently. We are more than satisfied with the final results and have received many compliments. Three years later, I am still in aw as to how the family room and bath rooms look. This company took  out dated rooms and  made them modern and beautiful.

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Hudson Falls, NY

Because installing coax outlets involves working around existing electrical wiring and confirming proper grounding, many homeowners prefer to hire a licensed electrician. A professional completes the work safely, secures the line behind the wall, and ensures the installation meets local code, which reduces the risk of damage or future repairs.

You still need a coaxial outlet for most cable-based internet services. The modem draws its signal from a cable line that terminates at a dedicated wall jack. Once the modem is online, your Wi-Fi router can broadcast the signal throughout the home, so the outlet’s location doesn’t affect wireless performance. If an existing jack is damaged or in an inconvenient spot, an electrician can move it or install a new one to maintain a strong, reliable connection.

Coaxial cable loses signal strength the farther it runs. A 50-foot length introduces noticeable loss, and a 100-foot stretch can drop the signal by roughly 30%. A weaker signal can result in a fuzzy picture or slower internet speeds. To maintain high performance, limit cable length whenever possible, select the correct cable grade, and route it efficiently. If your layout demands an exceptionally long run, an electrician can install an inline amplifier to boost the signal and maintain picture or data quality.
