"Work was professional and clean. I responded throughAngie’s list website to approve the date they wanted to schedule, and asked for a response to confirm, but I didn’t get any communication until the day that was scheduled. Then we did get a phone call confirming the time that the handyman was to arrive, and he arrived right on time. The chest repair needed some equipment and the paint we brought up from the basement for the patchwork was dried, so he’ll return another date to complete the work that was started and do a few other jobs."

"It was a true pleasure dealing with Chris F. He did some work for us to make our house more handicap accessible and it immediately has made a huge difference in our lives. While he was here we added a couple more general tasks that have been on my "honey-do" list forever. He was very flexible and quick to fix the extra items. He did a fabulous job on everything, we are so happy. His pricing was very very reasonable. I am already accumulating my next "Chis please fix this" list I'd like him to do around the house and yard. I would highly recommend him for other people to hire for small to large projects."

"Repairman was very polite and got the job done quickly."

"I hired Shannon to in stall vinyl siding on my house and he does great professional work! I use him for projects often."

"As a Real Estate Investor it is hard to find contractors that are reliable, reasonable, and that do good work. On all 3 levels this company exceeded all expectations. I hesitate to review them only because I don t want the world to know how good they are so I can have them to myself. 😆 in all seriousness though, Tim and the team at R3i did terrific work for me at my rental. The unit was dated and had some complex issues to solve. Not only were they solved, but the craftsmanship was A1 and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. I have since referred others to them and they have been equally impressed with their work. I can t endorse a company any stronger than I will for R3i."
