"Unfortunately they were a day late showing up and when they did finally show up a day later their equipment didn’t work which delayed the project by another half day. I didn’t receive any type of apology for the inconvenience. Everything had to be out of my garage for an extra day in the elements and when you live in an HOA, this is especially frowned upon. When I expressed my frustration to the owner on two separate occasions at the time it happened and when they processed my final invoice, I didn’t receive so much as as an acknowledgment of the concerns let alone an apology - especially disappointing when they tout how they are family owned and involved in the day to day operations. For these reasons, unfortunately I cannot in good faith recommend Superior Garage Floor."
