Removed & reset both front gates, hung gates, removed & replaced 10' of chain mesh & slats, straightened line post & repaired bottom rail, straightened 18 posts & added concrete, replaced 12' of top, repair & replace done on rusted out gate. Excellent work. They were so good we used them again - said I needed them asap & they said they'd try to get to me same day but might be tomorrow - they came same day. I'll be using them again to close up the fence when all the backyard work is finished."

Our home is a simple, builders grade home even though we paid for "custom" but nothing is custom except for high prices set differently for every person in Ted Cillis III development. Anyway, the fence arrived on the date he said it would, it was designed the way I was envisioning, and installed by Ken from New Scotland Fence, who Rick recommended. Everything came together beautifully. We enjoy the visual statement it makes, the functionality with privacy and security. If you want someone that will offer fair pricing for quality materials Long Lumber is the way to go.

I didn't know it was my responsibility because I did not know the materials until he took it apart. He said it was in the Angie's fine print. He purchased (and I reimbursed) the materials and installed them in less than the 4 hours allocated. It was an easy job, the work was shoddy with boards that didn't line up. He was anxious to leave. After Matt (the installer...who was also nice and professional) was here, Chuck came back twice to work with our puppy.
