Within a day or two he stopped by the house to look at the scope of the project. The price quote was excellent, we hired him. He was a pleasure to work with and had great communication skills . The window installation was completed and it looks great. I asked Steve if he could help me again this weekend, he is scheduled to come back Saturday morning. Nice, honest, respectful person. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work.
