I have recently had issues with my water heater spewing water in my attic (two different occasions), and it ruined my dry wall. I've never liked it in that location, so I called up Ace Custom Building to relocate the water heater into my garage. "Rob and his team are truly amazing! They came in and efficiently installed a root block in our backyard on a Thursday. The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows. I highly, highly recommend hiring him and his team (some of whom have been with him 16 years) He is honest, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced!"
