"It is so rare that we see someone with anything near to this level of expertise, dedication, and value for any home construction or service job. This guy is the real deal, honest and professional. He does what he loves, and he loves what he does, and in doing so provides REAL value for his specific niche. Explained everything and every charge beautifully down to the last detail. We had estimates that were much higher, but he was so principled about explaining what was necessary that we were able to actually save money. We had purchased an older house, and the attic ducts were crushed and a spaghetti mess, making the vents dusty, moldy, and impossible to clean. He redesigned and replaced the ducts for an incredibly reasonable cost, focusing only on what was needed. He did all the work himself and was very careful to keep the workspace clean and tidy. There’s a bit of a delay to get him to be able to come to assess your home, but boy, was it worth it!!! Boyd Services was the most incredibly professional service I’ve hired in all my years from HomeAdvisor or Angie’s Service. We’re talking 2 decades of home services. If I could give him a hundred stars I would. We are super happy we hired him instead of the other folks."

"Would give 10 stars if I could. Coop was very personal, prompt and genuine. We had our bonus room which is the only carpet we have steamed and sanitized. It had old pet stains, dark spots and just that old carpet smell. After they were done, it was like a new. It smells so fresh and we can enjoy that space more now. They moved some light furniture also which was nice. He was very respectful of our home and safety during the process. It only took about 30 min to complete. He also noticed we had mold on our air vents and reviewed additional services to take care of it. The estimate he provided was a good price and we will book the air duct cleaning/ sanitizing service soon. He encouraged me to shop around for estimates also which shows he wasnâ t trying to sell himself. I highly suggest using this company."
