In another area near the gables they found insufficient studs so they quickly brought in more studs to properly mount the lap siding. Even their painters are highly skilled. No runs or imperfections. I had big problem with wasps but that didn't stop them. I am quite picky, but they love picky customers. I could not find any issues with their work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for my next remodel. I would give them more than 5 stars but that's how high it can go."

"M&M has been our go to roofing and siding company for years. Most recently we needed an investigation of the cause of stains on an interior ceiling. They found the issue and repaired it very quickly and reasonable. A while back we decided to have the original soffits and porch ceilings replaced. They were in bad shape and it turns out that the builders of this house used Masonite, which did not hold up well. M&M gave us a reasonable bid to replace everything with Hardiplank so we will never have to worry about deterioration. We also had them paint the house and they did their usual excellent job."
