He was here for a good hour and a half climbing into the trees to take down branches and shape the tree for me. They were very courteous and professional with me. They arrived promptly as scheduled with all necessary equipment,  Immediately laid plywood over area of lawn where equipment needed to be moved. 

Limbs for removal were carefully selected to make sure all weak and dead limbs were removed while maintaining a well balanced canapy. 

All debris was cleaned up and removed before they left for the day.
